Do you charge a fee for your services?

We charge a fee when we book airfare for you.  This is because the airlines don't pay commissions to travel agents.  The fee is small and varies by demographic region.  If you have us book your airfare to Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere in the US the fee is 25.00 per ticket.  If you have us book your fee to any region outside the US the fee is 50.00 per ticket.  These fees are non-refundable.  If you purchase airfare as part of a package or cruise, we don't charge the fee.  There is no fee to book airfare thought this site.

Do I really need a passport to travel to Canada or Mexico, and how long will it take to get one?

The answer to this question is in the Passport and Visa Information section of our site, in the column to the left.  Click on the link at the end of the article to read everything you need to know on applying for a passport, which countries you will need a visa in addition to a passport and how to renew an expiring passport. We've tried to make our site informative and educational for our clients.  We recommend checking back often as regulations are continually changing.

What are your hours? I work at a job that doesn't allow me to make personal phone calls.

Glad you asked!   We are here for you when you need us to be.  Email or call us.  If you get our voice mail, rest assured, one of our agents will call you back shortly!  Even if you call us at 10:00 at night!  We're always here!

I booked my trip and now I have to cancel. Is there a cancellation fee?

Unfortunately there is a cancellation fee if you must cancel your trip.  Usually it's $100.00 per person, but it does vary.   Airfare can be rescheduled, but again, you usually have to pay a fee to make changes to a flight.  These fees are charged by the tour operator or airlines, not by our agency.  If our agency charged you the "airfare only" fee discussed above it is non-refundable if you cancel.   We strongly suggest you purchase travel insurance with the "cancel for any reason" coverage.

Can you help me with a problem if I purchase my vacation online with Travelocity or one of the other internet travel sites?

Sorry, but no.  We can only help our clients who purchase travel through us, either on our site or over the phone.  If you purchase through one of those other discount sites, you're on your own.  You will have to contact that company directly to get help.
